Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of self raising flour
- 4 tablespoons of sugar (caster sugar if possible)
- 2 tablespoons of coco powder
- 1 medium egg
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 3 tablespoons of oil or melted butter
Method
- Mix together all the dry ingredients in a large (about 1 pint) mug
- Separately whip together the egg and milk.
- Pour the egg/milk mix into the mug with the dry ingredients and mix it all together until it is a smooth, lump free, batter
- Put in a microwave oven and cook on full power for 3 minutes
- Take out, allow to cool and remove the cake from the mug
