Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of self raising flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar (caster sugar if possible)
  • 2 tablespoons of coco powder
  • 1 medium egg
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of oil or melted butter

Method

  • Mix together all the dry ingredients in a large (about 1 pint) mug
  • Separately whip together the egg and milk.
  • Pour the egg/milk mix into the mug with the dry ingredients and mix it all together until it is a smooth, lump free, batter
  • Put in a microwave oven and cook on full power for 3 minutes
  • Take out, allow to cool and remove the cake from the mug
  • ENJOY!
